This is what we need you for

  • Schulung, Einarbeitung und Betreuung der Mitarbeiter*innen im Bereich Besucherservice und Ticketing 
  • Ansprechpartner*in für Gäste und Mitarbeiter*innen an der Information 
  • Check-In/Check-out der Feriendorfgäste sowie Bearbeitung von allgemeinen Anfragen zum Feriendorf 
  • Ausgabe der Kassen und Durchführung des Tagesabschlusses
  • Anlegen und Verwalten von Ticketaktionen im Kassensystem 

This is what you can score highly with

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Hotellerie/Tourismus 
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Gästen oder Kunden (z.B. Ticketing, Tourist-Information, Rezeption, o.ä.)
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen, offenes und freundliches Auftreten 
  • Fähigkeit die Mitarbeiter*innen zu begeistern, zu motivieren und zu führen
  • Zeitliche Flexibilität sowie die Bereitschaft zur Wochenend- und Feiertagsarbeit während der Saison
