- Du führst eigenständig den Ticketverkauf und die Einlasskontrolle für das Museum durch und übernimmst Bestellungs- und Kassenaufgaben
- Durch deine Beratung und den Verkauf unserer Produkte gewährleistest du die hohe Zufriedenheit der Besucher*innen
- Die ansprechende Warenpräsentation sowie das Erscheinungsbild sind Teil deines Aufgabengebietes
- Du übernimmst Führungen und Workshops im Museum
- Du bist zentrale*r Ansprechpartner*in für alle Besucher*innen und Interessenten

- Du hast Freude am Umgang mit Menschen - insbesondere mit Kindern - und begeisterst dich für die Historie unseres Unternehmens
- Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung im Verkauf und im Umgang mit der Kasse, sowie Kenntnisse in gängigen MS-Office-Programmen
- Selbstständigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit sowie Teamfähigkeit zeichnen dich aus und du überzeugst mit einem sicheren Auftreten sowie einer positiven Ausstrahlung
- Du bist offen für Wochenendarbeit
- Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind wünschenswert und runden dein Profil idealerweise ab
