- Selbstständige Beratung der Kunden*innen sowie Übernahme der Bestellungs- und Kassenaufgaben
- Einsatz im Ticketverkauf sowie der Einlasskontrolle
- Mitverantwortung für die Abrechnung der Museumskasse, Erstellung der Tagesstatistiken
- Zentraler Ansprechpartner*in für alle Besucher und Interessenten
